Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you hereby agree with all these stated terms.General terms
- Provide clear references! It’s really hard for me to make you an art piece if you only give me a fully shaded body that I can’t make proper colours out of. You can show me that fullbody together with some more references, for me to clearly see their pattern, though! Detailed descriptions work too, though!
- If you have a certain pose or expression in mind, please tell me first-up so I immediately know what you’re going for.
- If I feel discomfort with your drawing I will be allowed to decline the commission.Payment
- All commissions are paid upfront
- I only accept PayPal (Or Tikkie, if you’re dutch)
- You will have to give me your PayPal e-mail address so I can send an invoice to you.
- All the prices that are given are the base prices, this means the price may change regarding pose, design, etc.Process
- I usually give two updates: sketch, and coloring and shading.
- You are allowed to ask for an update at any time
- If I find something unclear, I’ll make sure to message you for feedback.
- Commissions take from a week to 2 months depending on health, outside work, etc. An estimate will be given if asked prior.Customer satisfaction
- If you have any issue with any part of something I drew, please tell me immediately!
- Small changes after completion (Marking/coloring mistakes) can be changed without fee
- Big changes after completion (Addition or removal of clothing or other tidbits, Pose change, Background change or anything that would cause me to have to restart) might be subject to a price depending on how long it would take me to fix them.Copyright/Usage policy
- I am allowed to post or use the art as an example on my commission page unless the buyer states otherwise.
- You are not allowed to commercially reproduce the art I create without my permission, my art is for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
- Gaining the rights to do so means you pay 200% of what the price would be.
- With commercial reproduction I only mean selling my art on t-shirts, posters, pens, or other items. You are allowed to do so for personal use, but you cannot sell them in bulk.
- You are allowed to post the art wherever you want with credit to me. Do not claim my art as your own.Cancelling/Refunding
- You can’t cancel your order after you have sent the payment.
- Filing a charge back will land you in a blacklist from not only me, but many other artists I am in contact with. Scamming is not cool.
